The Wounded Warrior Sportsmen Fund was founded in 2010 to support outdoor activities for our wounded veterans.

As outlined in our mission statement, we are committed to the grateful appreciation to those who have sacrificed for our freedom.

​

The Wounded Warrior Sportsmen Fund’s success in providing positive rehabilitative experiences to our wounded veterans has been remarkable.

​

They experience the outdoors at its best; fellowship with other soldiers, they relax in a no

pressure camp lifefar away from the doctors, hospitals and the pressure of learning to live with their new normal life, knowing that others care enough to give.

​

For many wounded warriors this is often the first experience a soldier has in the outdoors since they were wounded. It can be one small step to turning a traumatic experience into a soldiers hope and healing with a positive fun filled weekend with others of like experiences.

​

We will continue to honor those who sacrificed and hope that you will join in the efforts of

the new normal life of our American wounded warriors.
